what's wrong with my 2k1
my car is having trouble starting every once in a while. i turn the key and it won't turn over until after maybe the 3rd time. is there something wrong with my car that i should get fixed under warranty or what. it's a 2k1 5spd

its a very common problem. no fix.
it often happens if you start the car and turn it off again before it fully warms up, say less then 10 min trips |

I would have to agree with TimW...
the only times I seem to have had this happen is when I run out for lunch from my office...most places are within a 2 mile radius...other than that, I have a 30 minute commute and never had it happen after either direction of that trip.

I think I remember reading in my owners manual it said not to use fuel injection cleaners. Did you see the same thing? Am I just falling into the "owners manuals are for saps" category. lol I used to use cleaner in all my fuel injected cars... before my Maxima. |

My opinion, but who the heck knows what is really in the stuff at any local pump...once it leaves the refinery, all kinds of contaminents, etc. can get in the fuel before it gets into your car. |
