Will Big brake upgrades mess with the 2k2's EBD and BA systems?

I'm curious if it would or wouldn't.

(btw, just for reference - EBD=Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, BA=Brake assist)

I was wondering about that my self, the more I thought about it the less I think big brakes would cause any problem.
