Aren't the stock motor mounts electronic though? So would this just replace the entire OEM bushing? I may consider this since it seems as if my rear mount is going bad...

No, same resonator, the "new" aspect of the b-pipe design is that its interchangeable with the stock b-pipe, e.g. a stock muffler (or another muffler configured like stock) will fit our b-pipe just like it does the stock b-pipe. Most catbacks are an "all or nothing" proposition, but you can go with our mufflers, our b-pipe, or the whole enchilada. Oh, and as long as the resonator is designed properly, more length does not = less power.
On automatics, the front motor mounts are electronic and the rear mounts typically are not, so that's why we offer a single bushing for the rear. [Electronic mounts have a 4" diameter opening for the bushing, the non-electronic mounts the ES bushings are designed for have a 3.5" opening.]
The exceptions (not worth trying to explain the details in the sale ad, we ask about this when the order is placed) are some of the 00/01 Maximas with auto trannies. Some of these have one electronic mount in the front (w/ a non-electric rear mount) like other years, but others have electronic mounts front and rear.
When both mounts are electronic, the only way to install a stiffer ES bushing is to put it in a non-electronic rear motor mount assembly (I'm referring to the metal tower, preferably a used one) so there's a 3.5" opening. 00/01 are the only years that seem to have two electonic mounts, and not all of them are that way - I have no idea why. Easy to check from underneath the car - its hard to measure the diameter of the opening to see if its 3.5" or 4", but its very easy to see the wires leading to it (indicating its the electronic version). No wires means the ES bushing should fit.

That span of years actually covers two very different y-pipe designs. At this time neither style is in production, but we will probably offer the 00/01 y-pipes again before the summer is over. The 00/01 version will make 12-13whp - as much as any y-pipe makes, don't believe higher claims - which is a good budget alternative to headers that make 20-23whp on the VQ30DE-K.
The 02/03 y-pipe version only makes 7-9whp on the VQ35DE (because the stock y-pipe is designed more efficiently), so our customers seem to favor the Cattman 22-25whp header/y-pipe system despite the higher purchase and install price, so I think its less likely that we'll make 02/03 Maxima y-pipes again.

I'm hoping that once they're back in production we can possibly reduce the price below the $359.99 they were selling for before, but higher steel prices may offset some production savings. Can't provide an exact quote till we get these back into production.
I'd like to have these back in production by some time in July, but there are other large projects ahead of these and I'm not sure exactly when we'll fit them in.
Brian
Sorry, the only "stand-alone" Cattman y-pipes that are in production right now are the 6th gen versions. We will be making y-pipes for 95-01 Maximas again, just can't say exactly when. If you'd like to be notified when they're back in production, send me a PM with your real name and email address.

I wanted to give a Bump for Cattman. I ordered headers on Thursday and was pleased with the service and knowledge provided. Thanks! I think I need to order the AGX/progress suspension kit as well -- I will call on that next week to place the order.
Brian you are the man! As far as this Cattman, JWT combo intake... this is a tube that attaches all the way up at the throttle body? Do you have any pics?
Also, do you have any dynos for the underdrive pully for the 3.5 liter engines?

Brian is about the nicest guy i've ever talked too. Just ordered a simple bushing kit for my 2002 6MT and had a few question about a y pipe and we talked for like 15 minutes about the ins and outs of the install. Good stuff! Cant wait to install my new bushings.
Ooops, looks like I missed an earlier request for these. Here's a picture of the Ralco shifter kit for the 95-01 Max, and the shift **** itself:

Sorry to say I don't have enough specific experience with either this kit or the B&M to make a useful comparison.

Brian, is $129.99 the price shipped for the RSB for a '99 Maxima? Ho much is shipping to 21209 if it is not included in the price?
Is the RSB hollow or solid, what is the thickness and how does it differ from the Stillen set?
Does the RSB come with all of the mounting hardware including bushings?
Will I need an alignment after the RSB install?
Sorry for all of the questions. Thanks a bunch!

Price does not include shipping, which would come to $26.82.
The bar is solid. Compared with the Stillen, the design approach is somewhat different, but the effect is similar. Main difference is PRICE.
Yes, all mounting hardware is included.
The back axle can't be aligned (and the RSB doesn't affect its alignment).
Don't be concerned about questions, we want our customers to make informed buying decisions.
