H3 HID's With Wiring Harness

Hey guys,
Selling My H3 8000k bulbs from when I had the old headlights. They were used about a month if that. Looking to get H11 6000k for my 2008 fogs now. If anyone wants to trade for H11 bulbs let me know.

Ok dumb question... I'm a newbie. Is this used to convert from reg to HID?

you would need a ballast to plug and play. These are just the HID Bulbs not a whole kit
