since we are free to ask questions:

will you be quicker to respond to potential buyers than you were with the amsoil deal?

other than that, he's a pretty decent guy, good luck with the sale man:D

hijack784 10-20-2009 11:56 AM

what rotor size goes with these calipers? 12.6 or 11.7? what about the pads?

the rotors on the 6th gens/SE-R altimas are 12.6 in

well.... the calipers are 300z calipers.. so you will need 300z brake pads

MDeezy 10-23-2009 09:06 PM

Bump for a great guy. I've seen this setup on his car and looks Sexy!

I believe with this setup 4th genners can run it also, of course with the proper wheels to clear the calipers.

12.6 rotors and ZX pads will be needed. Which I had extra currency for this setup!

redmaxpa007 10-23-2009 09:10 PM

local people..... i am willing to accept $200 up front for them, and we can work out the payment of the rest later.

tuko316 10-23-2009 09:16 PM

where do i get the rotors for this?

you shoulda told me this on aim you bastard. im interested

MDeezy 10-23-2009 09:17 PM

deezY.. don't mind him.. is another SE-R guy... :slap:

tuko316 10-23-2009 09:20 PM

rofl ill talk more tomorrrow.

isnt the pad area smaller than the stock rotors? do they make 2 piece rotors for this setup?

redmaxpa007 10-23-2009 09:28 PM

the pads are not as wide as the se-r's but they are longer and provide more coverage of the rotor

as for a 2 piece setup.. i am sure one is made somewhere... i do not know off-hand

DrunkieTheBear 10-23-2009 09:34 PM

No corvette brakes no care

JonBlz 10-23-2009 09:36 PM

two piece rotors are made in the 12.6", sometimes used here on the org and by matt blehm...there are also other 3rd parties who sell them.

pad surface area is much larger = more contact in return = better stopping period. I know first hand how well these stop, cause Jeff had to use them one time when I was riding with him...nearly ripped my face off
