those are of the teana. there's no certainty whether the teana and maxima are related at all, but it is possible. but even if they are, they probably will have a different front since their rears are different.

Those aren't pictures of the US Maxima. You can expect a redesigned front fashia (Nissan reserves the type of grills in those pictures for either non-US models, and for Infinitis.)
|
Why do people keep posting old stuff and trying to pass it off as pics of the Maxima there are too many B.S treads on cars ranging from the G35, Teana, Primera... Being the next Maxima! Wait till Jan 5th or at least post some real spy pic (Freshalloy)!

That Teana does look a lot like the photo Nissan released... hmm

sorry....:bawling:
I was just trying to help with the cause is all...:sadwavey: |
I think brianv's spy pics depict the true front it'll have. The spy pics were obviously of the new Max (we can make that judgement now), so I don't see why the front would differ from what's in those pics.
The front looks like a G35 I would say. On another note, I don't know if there should be all this excitement about the new Max because it will no longer be a mid to upper $20K car. From what I understand, a nicely equipped 2004 Max will probably go for $34-35 grand. This means that the new Max will not be the best bang for the buck, as once you get into the $30's, you can get a 6 speed G35 (coming out in spring). My $.02 |
