Anyone install a receiver hitch?

I'd like to get a trailer hitch for the purpose of a bike rack only. I do not wan't to scratch up the car with a truck rack or roof rack. Has anyone added a hitch? If so, how does it look? (pics would be cool) Also do they make a light weight hidden hitch that can be bolted on?

thanks to all

Amen, I too wanted to get one. I didn't go through with it this past summer. I might consider getting it this summer if my max doesn't turn into a lemon. Anyway, the only hitch that I am aware of that will fit the max is made by Draw-Tite

I have it on my car and it was easy to install and works great. I use it for a receiver for a HAM antenna.

I also have a Draw-Tite, you can hardly see it. Had mine installed by the local RV center, install was only $85.00.

This answers a question I had. And I am glad to see it is an easy home install.

I also want to put one in for a ham antenna. I am also a ham (VE3OP)

KB0UY - how about some pics?

I will get pictures as soon as I can. As soon as the wife stops the car long enouph. I use a tarheal antenna mount. I had to longate two holes in the car frame to get the bolts in. They come with wires attached to ease instellation. The web site has instructions posted. Deusexmaxime yes on ham. The KB0UY is the Call.
