For all those with gurgling heater core...

Today I thought I heard some gurgling when I turned the car on (I know I've heard it intermittantly in the past after turning the car off...), so I gave it a little gas (RPMs went to about 2K), and heard more gurgling (from behind the glove box, I think)... eventually (after about 3 gas cycles), I didn't hear it as much. Is this the amount of 'gurgling' that is necessary to have the TSB performed? Is this what others have experienced? Is there any danger here in not getting this TSB performed?

Thanks!

go get it done ASAP. you have air in your cooling, which i think can harm the engine in the long run.

Can you describe the gurgling.... I have a fan noise from behind the glove box its annoying almost as if the fan for the ac need oiling. only happens when the ac or heat is on.

I have the gurgling noise too. I have no more warranty so if I want it fixed I guess I will have to do it.

I have the gurgling sound, but always thought it was just one of those noises. I can barely notice it, but it's definitely there. not all the time though. When does it happen most? With the heat high, low? Knowing my dealership, they "won't" hear it. So what kind of damage does this cause? Hurts the engine in the long run? how long? what kind of damage? Is there any way to definitely diagnose this, aside from listening for the gurgle?
