Welcome to Maxima.org. Am I to understand from your profile and the photos that you have a new Altima? If so, you will be able to get some great information here as it might apply to both Maximas and Altimas, but a lot of the information here is specific to Maximas.

Thanks Guys,

And yes my car is a 2005 3.5 SR. And I have 1996 Max as well.

I came over from Altima.net. The people over there are just jerks, all they would do is call people names and try to hate on something with your car or mods. So I came over here to be with people that are a little bit older and don't put you down when you try something new with your car... The 2005 3.5 VQ and the 2005 Max VQ have the same Eng just little more HP. I have a 5 speed Auto in my car, as well as the Max.

Thanks guys

Welcome! I'm new also. The dealership here has a SE-R. Really a nice car and SWEET RIMS. A very eye-catching car. Drive it down here to cajun city and get some crawfish!

There is actually a thread with a poll on this site with age demographic data. While I don't know what the mean or mode age is at Altima.net, if you check out the age poll thread, you can see for yourself how old we 6th gen Maxima owners are.

Also, some of the comments here mention Altima aftermarket products because in some cases the aftermarket products for the 6th gen Maxima are somewhat limited, so owners are trying some Altima products on their Maximas (e.g., Altima pedals).
