It bolts right in. None of the mounting points have changed just the shap of the pieces.

Technically, u can just use the front bumper and grille. The hood wont match up with the bumper perfectly but the lower portion of the lights will.

So u can use your, lights, fenders and hood and get a bug guard to mask the difference and ur all set.

Thats my summer project.

so u can put the 07 bumper on an 06 without any customizing what so ever.
its pretty much jus swapping the bumper and the 06 lights, fenders and grille will fit with the 07 bumper?
because ive been wanting to do this but unsure if it was possible because i wantted the seperate fog lights

No no, u dont need the 07 lights, the bottom edge of the 06 lights matches the edge of the 07, the only thing that changes is the upper edge (where the hood meets the lights).

Hood will almost line up but not quite, I have a bug deflector so that will cover up my missalignment (cheesy but cheap)

kamilkluczewski are you sure about this? Reason being is my Max was damaged in the front and I have to change my bumper and grill so I am thinking that I can do this mod. But I want to be sure. Did u size it up already or you are going off of eye measuring.

Thanks.

IMO I like the '04-'06 front ends better. To me, the line is blurred between the Altimas and the new Max. Again, just my feeling.

kamilkluczewski, got pix of the swap or final pics? if the bumper will bolt on and i am assuming get a new hood and the left and right fender liners, this might be an interesting projct.

BTW, your still going to have to buy the foglight assy's which are probably around 100$ each side.

Am I ahead of myself?

FYI, we need before, during project and obviously, finished product.

I agree with Stevied23, why does everyone want to make their car look more like an Altima? I'd go back to my stock bumper before I went 07...
