Sizewalls cracking on my Goodyear 18's
 

Has anybody had luck getting a free set of tires out of Goodyear from claiming them as a defect? For the sidewalls cracking? how would i go about doing it, go to a Goodyear Dealer or call coorporate? :scratch:

Call Goodyear Corp. Tell them the problem and they will give you a claim number and then they will ask your location and tell you the nearest Goodyear service center to go to. Once inspected, the Goodyear service center should call Goodyear Corp back with your claim number with a determination on whether they are truly defective, depending on the extent of the defect, you will either get a new set or they will pay up to a certain percentage based on tire thread wear.
