Question for non-navi cars.

I was checking ebay for oem navi when i noticed a auction was selling one for non-navi cars. The description says "the bcm plug for non navigation" and there's a picture of the gps antenna. I thought the antenna was built into the windshield? Here's the link http://cgi.ebay.com/2004-2006-NISSAN...QQcmdZViewItem You can cleary see the antenna inside the bag with the model number outside of it so it's OEM. Here's another link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nissa...spagenameZWDVW This one you can see the plug on the antenna more cleary. I think it even has the same connector as my AVN5500. Both auctions says harness wire not included. So i guess it's as easy as 1,2,3 then? just get the harness wire separately. I want to see what are your opinions on this.

So your saying if a car is already equipped with bose this should be a plug and play application? What about the windshield antenna ive always heard about?

I guess people got the rear windshield radio antenna confused with this. If you check the manual it shows the antenna under the dash next to the alarm light. Here's a pic. Also, can a mod move this to the audio and electronics section pretty please?
