How would you rate Nissan VDC?

I am curious to know how good the VDC is in the Maximas...ive driven higher end cars like BMW's...and like especially in the snow...the millisecond they get out of line the DSC (aka VDC) is kicking in and precisely correcting the car. even will skid the rear wheels at low speeds under severe understeer to kick the back end out a little to try and initate the turn. Its super quick and precision oriented...whereas I have driven a toyota with VSC...and it takes quite a bit of skidding sideways (at least 10 degrees) to start to correct it..and it kind of just pushes/pulls it back in the general direction it should be going. So what is it like? Anyone tried it?
