Maintenance at Nissan
Ook quick question,
since i've started modding my maxima, if i wanted to go for Maintenance at Nissan, would i be able to still? like oil change, or any other packages they have? Thanks |
Yeah why not? If anything they'll compliment you on the work you did. Then again you've spent all this money on your whip, do you trust someone else handling it. Not saying an oil change can't be done in the garage, but ever thought of doing it yourself? Just a thought.

i don't see why they wouldn't want your business modded or not just the warranty stuff you should ask about if it applies.

I'd say go for it. Keep in mind if you mod the car (suspension, air intake, turbo, etc) they (dealership) has to PROVE WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT that your 'modification' to the car caused the 'specific' problem you would bring it in for ya know. Good luck, btw, nice ride.

Thanks for the help, and comment about the car =)
the question randomly came into my head when i was planning out what i'd do next for my car |
dealerships are more willing to help a return customer vs a customer they have no maintenance record of, especially for out-of-warranty good will parts.

I've taken my car into the Dealer several times and they never said anything, got some compliments and they usually park my car on the side away from the normal cars, with all the cars I've owned I only bring then back to the dealer for specific dealer/manufacture servicing, I've got a private shop that does other stuff for me, and I always check/research the dealer.
