I recently bought an 08 SL and have noticed that maintaining speed at 70-72mph with the gas very lightly pressed, there is a resonance or moaning sound coming from the back end or rear axle area. It's almost a pulsating resonance at times. Anyone else have this sound or hear of this in other 08 Maximas?

No, but it took me 4 attempts at a wheel alignment to get my '08 SL to drive straight. Main culprit was a rear end alignment way out of spec ..............

My 07 SL doesn't do that. I suggest getting it checked from the dealership while you are still on warranty.

Yes, it sure did, Nissan sent me to their "best" service center in the area. But I also helped the the issue by keeping the tires at a max cold pressure of 33 psi and securing those flapping shrouds.
