LED Light Fixture for Dome Light

Hey guys since J is on the West Coast and probably still sleeping in thought I would send this question out. I have seen all the posts regarding how to replace the Dome Lights to LED's, however all the pictures show the plug and play. I have the Fuse type Bulb. I have the package that has the different adapters as well as what appears to be the fuse type as well. However when I plug it in it does not work. Any help would be great so I can finish this up today.

Yeah Passenger Side kicked my but, thank god for having hemostats in my toolbox helped out tremendously.

I ordered some Blue LED's from Autolumination waiting on them to come in and waiting for it to freakin' stop raining!!!!! I swear since I have put the spoiler on it has rained everyday. What program do yall use to swirl the plate?
