Told ya I'd be back!

Well many really don't know me well here since I only had my 04 SE for about a year before trading it in on an 05 Dodge Ram Quad Cab Gas Guzzling Hemi. For the last 3 years I have been kicking myself for getting rid of my Max....I should have dealt with the first year 04 quirks and kept her. What's done is done though and I'm back now....for good! lol

Picked up my 07 SL last night at the dealer and couldn't be happier. I mean COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!!!!:jump: She's loaded with everything but NAV but honestly I don't need it. It's even got bluetooth that I can't seem to pair my phone too lol. I do have alot of questions and I'm trying not to be a noob and seacrh but I'm comin up empty on a few...hope you don't mind

*Lookin for the LED license plate bulbs. I found the site autolumination but curious what everyone is usin? There's about 10 different LED styles for the 194 bulb.

*Also don't hate on me but I'm really curious about fuel. I know the 3.5 needs prem to run correctly but can I honestly run maybe mid grade or regular and possibly super maybe once a mth? I'm comin from a 93 altima and have no idea what it's goin to take to fill this damn car so....lol how much has the new 3.5 changed from 04 etc?

Thanks in advance and again, glad to be back since everyone here was always so helpful.....only thing is my SN no longer makes sense lol

Welcome back !!!

pics? stats? price? miles? Pics?

I only use 91... i would not switch back and forth... choose one and stick with it !

When I first got my 07 I tried all three kinds of fuel.I did notice a difference in the cheap gas,I dont recommend this. Then I tried premium and mid grade. To be honest I really cant tell much of a difference between the two. When gas prices were super high I ran mid.Now that prices are much lower I use the premium.Do this test for yourself and see what you think.Like I said though it doesnt like the cheap stuff.

BTW,I traded in a Ram for my Ma as well.I couldnt be happier.Probably the best car Ive ever owned.Have fun!! Oh yeah one more thing,do a search here for Fujita.Read about them and them go buy one!:spin:

I personally stick to the 91 gas. If you want to try the 89 gas and save a few cents per gallon, then go for it. But I dont recommend doing that every month.

The License plate LED's you are looking for are the (Tower I) 194. Those same lights can be used for your door lights and interior floor lights. And if you want to be cool, get them for your trunk and glove box.... :spin:

My bluetooth was able to sync up right away. I just read the manual and followed the voice directions. The only phone I know that has problems with our car are Iphone 3G's.

Gas Grade

I run what the manual reccomends for gas, and it reccomends it for a reason. Premium isn't a cleansing fuel like people think, it is not as easy to ignite, if you run too low of an octance it will ignite before it should and trip the knock sensor which will make the car very unhappy. You can get away with lower octanes the higher in altitude that you go. The closer to sea level you are the higher it needs to be. Once a month will not do anything, because your car will run like it should one tank of gas per month, it doesnt clean anything out, it makes you car run like it should. I shelled out the extra money all summer long and my car appreciates it

As for the license plate lights, MaxxxPower has some awesome leds in his new led store, here is the website: http://maxpowercustoms.com/default.aspx, he has great service and will answer all your questions right away.

Hope that helps.

Buy direct from Autolumination for the LED bulbs. Very good quality and good customer service.
The 3.5 has not changed, i beleive. Only the transmission has been changed to the CVT. Good luck with the ride.
