like a baby's butt.....

i was up early today and figured id beat the heat and make the most of having shade in my driveway... so i washed the car with dish washing detergent, dried it and got to CLAYING the entire car... washing again and finally waxing.

ive posted my results of the claybar before- and many members complimented me- but i cannot say enough how great the car looks after a good claying.

other than driving imperfections- id be willing to bet that my paint looks better than it did upon delivery :D

Claying is a great part of detailing that does make a car seem better than when delivered.

Very nice man!! I remember first car I clay bared was my 97 Accord, made a HUGE difference. Then I did my Mom's M5, she said she noticed a difference...but I don't think it did. What part of Philly are you from? We should get all philly guys out for a meet! I'm a newb still..

i did mine not too long ago. its amazing.. i also put 3 coats of wax on. an almost perfect shine! minus the factory orange peel. lol

i live in the NE.

and for those who may be apprehensive about doing a clay- theres nothing to it, really. a nice, clean bar will do at least 3 cars.

the worst part about it is the time it takes. wash- dry- clay- wash- dry- wax on- wax off.

but seriously- just about ANY road grime, tar or those little metallic bits that look like specks of rust all come out.

nice car.... like it alot.

looks good. Recommend claying the car twice a year. I use Zaino's products which i think surpass all others, but just my opinion, im sure others like their own products just as much
