teins i have had eibachs, progress and teins. Teins gave better drop and good ride quality.

"best" is very subjective...

I like my progress springs just fine.

Progress springs appear to be the best looks & cost wise but good luck finding them because they are discontinued. The next best thing are Tein's. IMO.

I just lowered/ leveled out my '05 2 days ago, i used Tein S tech and i have KYB GR2 all around, but i don't see much of a drop, i guess it will take some time to break in, for the most part the ride is good, no noise, no hard/stiff bounce either

Ok so far I've seen one post that fully addressed everything but if I want to lower my car by like 2-3 nches which springs give the best ride afterwards
