timing chain replaced won't start
2004 maxima. I have replaced my timing chain and other timing components and it will not start. Tore back down and made sure primary timing chain was in correct position. Wouldn't start. Tore back down again and made sure engine was at tdc, all timing marks, grooves, dowels, gold links, and blue links were aligned properly. Even made sure that the moon was in the seventh house, and jupiter was aligned with mars. Still won't start. What do I need to adjust or check now, to get this engine to start?

Wow. Save your keystrokes. I bet this guy is frustrated as he**. Don't make the org look like a bunch of a**holes.
I wish you luck OP. Make sure all your connections are connected because the car not starting could be the either a off timing or a simple thing like a wire. Good luck man |
Cool then, but he did say this:

well, he did not specify anything, he just talks about the moon and planets.
Therefore it would be unreasonable to expect a serious answer to this. Define "not starting" Will it crank, or nothing? Check battery, air, fuel.... What can we say to "not starting", seriously. Don't blame me. |
He must have figured it out..mystery question. His one post..Will he be back?
