Help with 22" staggered rims!!

Ok as of right now I have a 2004 maxima on 22s. They're 8.5 and i have no issues with rubbing (I ripped out my front wheel wells:/) Anyways... I found some staggered rims that i want really bad. They're 22x9.0 in the front and 22x10.5 in the rear. The offset is +32 in the front and +40 in the rear. I called the shop I'm planning on buying them from and the guy told me that I would have to roll my rear fender (I think that's what he said). How do you guys think? Also what the smallest size tire I could go the front and rear (specific sizes). PLEASE HELP!! THANKS!!

Yes I would roll the fender to be safe I have 20x8.5 front and 20x10 rear with 275/30/20 tires and my rear wheels rub on the inner liner over dips .

You're gonna have problems bro. If you're gonna go that wide go smaller like a 20X10.5 and high offset. You're gonna get rub regardless what you do and your gonna have to roll the crap outta your fenders, stretch the ish outta your tires and still have to deal with rub especially when you have passengers. Ask your rims guy if he can test fit them before you buy it
