How to find a Intake leak / P2a00

Well guys, I have been troubleshooting this issue for a few month now, I think I am getting closer to finding the reason of this P2a00.

I have notices a missing gasket in between the upper and lower intake manifold. I am planing to install one tomorrow and reset my DTC code.

My question is is there any good way to ensure that there are no vacuum leaks? I am aware that A/F are capable of precise measurement an even the smalls leak can cause a DTC.

Thank you
