Front tire vibrate bad PLEASE HELP
 

I need help please, my front wheel vibrates really horrible when I accelerate to take off from a complete stop, but goes away ones I pick up speed ... The steering wheel doesn't shake or anything just my 2 front tire ... Here's the wrong with my car now ... I have a bubble on passenger front wheel, and I hear the brakes scratching so I know my brakes need changing

Did you mean bubble on the wheel or tire?

And well, this thread is self explanatory. Replace your bubbled tire (probably out of balance) and while you're doing that replace the front brakes.

Sorry about that I meant the tire,, can that cause the front end to vibrate really bad when taking off?

The bubble in the tire means that the belts inside it have broken/separated and the pressure is pushing against the outside rubber of the tire. Yes, this can cause all sorts of vibration and handling issues especially under heavy load (i.e. hard acceleration, cornering, or heavy braking).
