Do i need am idle relearn?
Torque pro app says my idle is normal at about 700 rpm. The tach has the needle at somewhere around 1100rpm. Do i need an idle relearn or is the tach the problem? Also, when ignition is on ON, car is turned off, needle is slightly above the zero mark.
