Help me with MAF

Long story Short.... Got a P0103 Ran through the steps in the nissan service manual for DTC P0102/3.

Everything checked out ok. My first question....

1. When I did the final step (The component inspection) the voltages were all in spec. for both the old part and the new one (CarDone reman unit).

Does that mean the component is good, or the system is good but the component is the only thing that could be bad?

(these steps)

Component inspection for MAF.

more info...

So I just got another MAF (from the supplier, another Cardone) and the code and problem still exist.

Any tips on check for "air leaks"? Could this be a false positive for something else? The tests in the Nissan service manual...they eliminate the possibility of any issues with the wiring harness?

I'm at a loss here....any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

TIA!
