ALL NEW FOLKS READ HERE FIRST - Forum Rules

  • We reserve the right to remove any topics we deem inappropriate or disruptive to our community.
  • Please keep it positive and polite. We do not censor opinions or ideas but we do take action against posts and/or topics that go beyond a civil and polite disagreement or have the potential to cause unrest in the community.
  • You may not make personal attacks on other users or staff members either in public forums or in private messages.
  • You may not use profanity. It is unprofessional, offensive and not tolerated. We have word filters in place for the most vulgar terms. Circumventing those word filters will result in punitive action.
  • You may not advertise or promote companies or products.
  • We reserve the right to ban any member who violates our guidelines or disrupts our community.
  • If you have an issue concerning our policies or staff, please contact a staff member by private message.

About your moderator:

I'm an IT guy, experience moderating forums and administering forums.

As a mod here, I do my BEST to remain neutral, avoid as much controversy as possible in my posts and try never to take sides. It's the ONLY way I can moderate fairly.

If you come here as a new person, first off, WELCOME. Keep in mind, you can't post a NEW thread until you have contributed 15 other constructive posts. Your fellow board mates WILL report bogus 15 filler posts when they see them and I will delete them.

I do NOT like to BAN folks, but I have and I will. I hate every minute of it, but if you come here and stir the pot deliberately, post sales thread where they do NOT belong, etc, I will delete/edit your post and give you a warning. This almost always works for most decent folks, however if after your warning, you choose to get pissy against my decision to moderate, feel free to take it up with an ADMINISTRATOR.

IF, after I moderate your post, you choose to become belligerent/insulting to me or to others, don't be upset when you get a ban. Unless you get permbanned, we do hope you come back after you've decided to "mature up" and consider the way you WERE posting.

I'm not here to take sides, make friends, etc. I'm a fellow car owner, just like each of you, I do NOT know anyone on this forum personally, nor will I play the favoritism game.

What I expect of you. IF you see a questionable post that you don't think belongs, or it's a definite spam or sales post/group deal and you know it's not authorized, please use the REPORT POST button and I will take a look. I can't be everywhere, all the time and catch everything so I do rely on you to help!

Thanks and have fun!!!!
