i agree with you. IMO 20s is the best choice. once u go 22s, it makes ur car looks higher. i have the 20s but in staggered setup

Now I don't know which to go with the silver machined or the black machined. Which do you guys think would look better, the car is precision gray.

wheels ordered

So i pulled the trigger today and ordered the cv1's 22" staggered. I ordered them in matte black machined with the stainless lip. I know most of you guys on here don't like 22's but after having had 22's on it, I would never get anything smaller. To me anything else would be a waste of money, 20's are just way too small for the car, but to each his own.

I think 22's are a little too big, as lightonthehill put it they sort of look comical. The stock 19's are gorgeous, and 20's (I think) fit this car perfectly. I saw a Camaro on here somewhere with 24's and I almost spit my drink through my nose because I laughed so hard.

i like 22"s i think they fill up the wheel wells up pretty good but you must go coilovers and an agressive fit wheel i think IMO

If this guy is in Cincinnati, he is always at a house a few houses down from mine. The Max looks just like this, but is even nicer in person!

Finally deciding on goin with the Linea Corse LC818's, offsets are 30 front and 38 rear.

http://www.wheeldude.com/wdg/_detail...age=7196_1.jpg

A couple questions though. The wheels only come in 19s, so what do I need to consider for this wheel size when it comes to a clean-looking drop, like the M3 in the pics. And, the tire packages they offer are 35 series fronts and 30 rears, should I ask if they can give me the same size all around? Thanks in advance!

For staggered 19s you should have a 245/40 in front and 285/35 in back or something close.

finally decided on these, calling my guy about them tmrw, same as the ones on the stillen maxima, they're only 26 pounds which is nice, either doing 20x10 rears and 20x8.5 front, 20x10 rear and 20x9.5 for front, 20x9.5 for back and front, or 20x9.5 for rears and 20x8.5 for front, or 20x8.5 for front and back lol, lots of choices havent decided yet, what do you guys think? also, what should i do for the offset? it comes 35mm ET or 20mm ET, mind you this car is dropped about an inch, and i dont want any rubbing or to have to roll the fenders.. and lastly... 5x120, 5x114 or 5x112 are the bolt patterns...opinions?

20 offset wouldn't work on a max. 35 with 8.5" width would be perfect though.

Those would all look terrible on the max, it needs more of an open sportier wheel. Those all look to full!

So what's the point of a staggered setup on a FWD car?
