And Vossens on a CTS-V at my work. (Originally was gonna get these but I showed the big wigs at my work the style of the vossens we should use and of course they go and cop my style so had to switch it up. But I like my wheels better in the end)

Speaking of CV3s, what offset should I run with these? I want 20x9 in the front and 20x10.5 in the back. I want the concave look but I want them to be flush to the fender and still be able to put decent enough tire on them. Im not into low profile tires. Probly wont drop the car but not decided yet.

Maybe I just have a bad angle but the wheel actually has a lip unlike the Cv3's where the spoke touches the outer edge of the wheel and my spokes don't touch the lip at all.

IMO, your car won't look right without the drop when you get the 20x9 and 20x10.5. Your Maxima will look like an SUV. Well like they always say, to each their own. If you do decide to drop your car, get or invest for coilovers. I have Eibach springs and I regret it because I can't adjust the ride height for the winter.

how would 20x8.5 +35 fronts and 20x10 +35 rears fit? would the rears stick out? A guy is selling vertini magics for a decent price on this set up.

Yup LOL... Megan, D2, and BC have coilovers for our Maximas. I've looked around and D2 seems to be the cheapest. Megan and BC are kind of pricey but if I were to choose, I'd pick BC coilovers any day. I'll sell my kidney just to get one but I'm not that desperate

rear offset for that width would have to be in the 40 range i believe

I was asking this question earlier of the my7thgen forums and someone was saying that they were running 20x10 in the rear and they had to roll their fender, so they were pretty sure that a 20x10.5 would need to for sure. I would like to know this as well since I actually am swinging by the shop today to finish my order for my rims.

Ironically enough I went in there considering the CV1s and opted for the CV3 since there is already a silver Max on CV1s that has been done, haha.

And the Stance "CV3 look-a-likes" actually have a lip on their wheels unlike the Vossen wheel

Please do NOT associate HRE with ADV1. We are NOT affiliated with ADV1 in anyway shape or form. We do NOT do any business with them. We do NOT do their engineering. We do NOT manufacture for them. We are completely separate companies.

HRE Wheels has our very own 60,000 sq ft facility in San Diego, CA. We have a TUV manufacturers certification. We do all design, engineering, machining, finishing, powder coating and assembly all in-house in San Diego. We do private label for different companies such as the Gumpert Apollo and other high quality companies. But we do NOT do anything for ADV1.

If you have any further questions, feel free to contact us directly at info@hrewheels.com

Here are some videos of our manufacturing facility in San Diego, CA

Wow HRE actually lurks this lowly maxima forum ?

glad you guys put out the vintage line, That to me, is what HRE is all about. Remember seing the old school styles in the car magazines and drooling over them many years ago. Hopefully you guys can bring back some of the back catalog stuff. those were hot!

The new stuff were starting to look too similar to the other guys with the vowel consonant vowell consonant sounding companies.

I'm running a 8.5" with 35 offset up front and 10" with 40 offset in the rear. Lowered on Eibachs with zero rubbing.

Thanks for comment.

Yea the springs haven't settled yet since those pics had the springs on for like 45 minutes when he took those pics.

Tails are tinted, but I didn't want it too dark just because I didn't want to get bothered by "authorities" but now I do want them darker, lol. I may pop them out and get my boy help me out since he did his A4.

I def want to get up with Kmoney on the headlights as well. I also want to paint the calipers and get slotted brakes as well, but with only 10k miles I don't want to change rotors yet. Prolly will just paint for now. Just need to figure out a color I want.

yeah the "straight edge' look seems to not match very well the curvy and body lines of the a35. they seem to be in different directions.

I'm thinking about getting these:

I know many here don't like chrome. I'm one of the few that do, if it's done right. Thoughts???

Those look pretty good to me. I'm not a fan off chrome usually, BUT... I just bought a set of staggered chromies myself

Between hearing conflicting stories on whether or not I would rub, having around a 75-mile commute daily, and just not wanting to deal with different tires, I just left them the same.

My main DD is over the 300k mark, so I am going to try and prepare for the next couple of years to look at another DD with much lower mileage. When I get another one, I will probably get more aggressive with the Maxima (wider stance, probably go to coils, exhaust work, etc).
