Anyone running a set of 19x9.5? If so what size tire? I'm dropped on Eibachs.

Thank you!

Depends on wheel offset. Et45-35 then 275/35/19, if et35-25 then 255/40/19

20x8.5 +35 Avarus AV10 HYPER SILVER
245/35ZR-20 Sumitomo HTR Z III XL

Couldn't drop it because I live in Iowa and we get all the snow, but I think it looks alright anyway. Perfect fit, nice and flush, no poke at all. People ask me about them all the time (gas stations, O'Reily, etc).

These rims + wheels are currently for sale. PM me if interested.

The offset is 42. The car is still at stock height. Just happens to be a good picture. Had 3 people in the car lol. The tires are 245 35 20. It is stretched. Probably gonna go with 255 next time I need tires.

Sorry. I haven't been on this in a while. The ride is not bad. You just have to be extra careful when turning into driveways. Scratched the edge of one rim already because I didn't cut the wheel enough when I went into a parking lot that had a small lip at the entrance.

Looking to upgrade from 18's to 20's but looking for a meatier tire. Looking to go 8.5 or 9 20" with 245/40/20 tires. Not sure if its doable without shaving. Car is still stock height. Inputs??

Sup guys,

Long time no post. Going to be swapping the max out for an Infiniti at the end of the year but I have a good deal on some wheels right now that I want to pull the trigger on. I plan on keeping the wheels and transferring them to the Infiniti but curious if these will fit the max in the mean time with stock height.

20x9 front and 20x10 rear
20mm front and 40mm rear

Tires are going to be 255/35/20 in the front and 285/30/20 or 275/30/20 in the rear.

Got a shot of killing two birds with one stone.

Brakes and wheels

I just did a big brake kit last month and had to get new wheels to fit over them. Went with the Akebono calipers and whatever rotors come with them from Z1 Motorsports. Also got the Type 111 Wheels from Mori wheels, 19 x 8.5.
Please let me know what you think.
Thx

Thanks! My next project is to put ceramic coating on the car and install an ST front bumper lip. I was planning on doing the ceramic coating this weekend but the cold weather in Maryland kind of ruined my plans. If anyone is interested how either goes, I can start a new thread showing the progress.

I'd really wish Photobucket was more lenient, or at least allowed one to sign up to view hotlinked photos... But the ones I can see, incredible stuff! Any good places to find well-priced rims?

Anybody running a 19x9.5 +32 offset? I found a set of wheels I would like to get, but not sure if the offset is too much, and if I can run them, what size tire do you suggest, will be lowering it as well with Godspeed coilovers.

Brent,
The stock 18" tire on a maxima is 245/45/18, I would not mess with the width (245) but the sidewall u can go 35 or 40. I would recommend going with a 40, more cushion for the ride, a 35 sidewall is only 1 inch (maybe slightly bigger) but a 40 sidewall is 2 inches (maybe slightly bigger). I'll post pics of my 20s in about a week to give u a reference..

Perfect, I went with 245/40/zr19 and the 19x9.5 just to make sure i have some meat on the tire, and enough room to throw on some coilovers. Thanks

I'd go for it. I was on RSR lowering springs for a while and loved 'em. Good ride and still didn't sit too low. They're a good alternative to throw on while you save for more expensive suspension but try not to sit on them for too long. I was fortunate enough to get new suspension right before my struts started to go bad lol.

Can you confirm if VARRSTOEN ES2 Front 19X9.5 +12 / Rear19X10.5 +12 - 5X114.3, will fit on my 2014 SV lowered with Megan Racing springs. If yes what tire sizes for front and rear.

I was looking around, and I noticed that full and flush is better than staggard I am going to put the 370 rear all the way. My bro lets me use his wheels for a test run the car should ride this way. Maximas should be riding like this it's incredible the handling and highway ride is insane. I am going to post pics the maxima is a great car the finishing touch after getting suspension work is wider wheels the vehicle should be on wide wheels.

2010 Max on BC's

Got my 2010 Maxima lowered on BC BR type coils as low as they can go (with fenders rolled) and its a perfect daily height for me. Wheels are Varrstoen L153's both 20x10.5 with 255/35r20's all around. Only difference is the front offset is +40 and rear offset is +25. Fronts come EXTREMELY close to the suspension strut but dont touch and havent had any problems as far as that goes lol. Also rockin Starry Night RGB chasing halos and a Motordyne exhaust and ART Y pipe that sound great when paired together.
