remove front seat backboard

Anyone try to remove the front seat backboard yet? if you do, let me have some tips and hint on removing it. I am thinking of replacing the headrest with the dvd player headrest but need to run some wires in the seating.

BTW, anyone install the headrest DVD Player yet?

yes i have dual headrest lcds with a dvd player mounted in my glovebox. The backboard is easy to remove. just pull on one side on the side of the seat then pull the other then push it down with both hands. There will be an elastic ribbon on the bottom...you can just leave that attached since its a pain to get back on . It wont hinder access to the back of the seat.
