rearview mirrors

My mirrors adjust automatically, however recently I noticed that they started adjusting lower than I really want them too. I keep correcting this issue, I even clicked on the "Set and then the 1" to keep it to my prefered vision, however I keep having the issue where they adjust lower than i want them to.

Anyone have any ideas? Maybe I'm just doing it wrong?

Are you talking about the side mirrors adjusting when you switch into reverse? I did not know you could adjust how much they tilt down.

The only thing I can think of that might be your problem is that you have to be fully stopped to put positions in memory, make sure the 1 button's orange light comes on after you push the set button. If you still have problems I would just leave the mirror selector in the center so they don't tilt at all, at least until you figure out whats going on.

Does anyone know if there's a way to de-activiate the auto-dim feature without having to do this every-time manually when I start the car? I've got tints and the drivers mirror is too dark to see at night.
