^Clicking, knocking, clunking, buzzing, or thumping noise coming from the engine compartment area; and
^The noise occurs only once during the first few seconds of driving at approximately 16 MPH; and
^The noise occurs only once per ignition cycle (ignition OFF > ON) and does not occur again until the ignition is cycled.

NOTE:
The noise may be louder after the vehicle has not been operated for a prolonged period of time. The above condition is normal and does not need repair. Each time the ignition is turned on and the vehicle is driven at about 16 mph, the ABS/VDC system performs a "Self-Check" to confirm components of the ABS/VDC system are operating correctly. This "Self-Check" function created the noise described above. If the brakes are being applied when the "Self-Check" occurs, a vibration may be felt in the brake pedal and an increased level of noise may be noticed.

NOTE:
^Refer customers to the Owners Manual, Section 5, Starting and driving, Brake system on the Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS). The "Self-test feature" section provides additional explanation.
^The speeds described above refer specifically to Versa, Sentra, Altima, and Maxima. However, any vehicle fitted with ABS or ABS/VDC will have a "Self-Check" which is triggered in similar circumstances.

i bought an 2011 sentra a week ago and it too keeps doing the same exact thing as mentioned in the maxima tsb. Glad its just a safety feature :)

Not that I'm complaining, because the list you gave is great and nice to have on here but your missing one for the front passenger seat vibration/shaking at highway speeds. Only reason I know this is I printed it out from nissanhelp under the 2009 Maxima even though I have a 2010 but it is doing the same thing as the 2009 are.

Is this one not the same TSB?

I have had continued and ongoing issues with my climate controlled seat in my 2010 max.

Would you be able to post the full text from "10-026 02/18/2010 A/C - Interior - Climate Control Seat Issues" I would like to know what they are now telling the service departments to do to these seats. It took more than a year from the purchase date of my car to have the heated function on my seat to work at all. (bought it in the summer and only used the a/c while test driving)

the issues with them are that out of nowhere it can fail and wont come out of this so you cant start the car.

I have developed a passenger seat rattle lately - this on a 2012 after 4 months of driving (2000 miles). I will bring it up during my first service.

Also, the power under 40mph does seem lethargic to me. I wonder what that TSB entails?

Thats what i am trying to pin point. I had then Steering lock module fail last year, i had a huge fight with Nissan corporate about it...so if any of these point to it being a TSB then i might contact them back to further refund me for the Part they replaced on my account.

While mine happens at exactly 30MPH, I'm hopeful this is what it is.
