LP remount

Soi have done it before on my benzo, and since we are required to have a front LP i think what i ahev done still holds and might be a loophole in the whole front LP business.
So here is my remount of the front LP with the same mount that uses to mount it to the bumper...with slight modification
Yup...the lip and the bumper will be resurfaced in a month

delay on the quad...but got the window wing...this thing is awesome! Great paint job, mathces the roof nicely! Super fas shipping and overall great seller to deal with ( that shadow.speed guy from ebay, highly recommend!)
I got to admit, i was skeptical at first, but i love the curvature it adds! Very very happy with it!

I like the quad exhaust! it definitely looks like you had to cut the bumper to fit them though right? im also really digging your grille with the center bar left chromed.

Once you get it installed and finalized id love to get more details about it. very nice direction your going.

Thank you!
Yeah, to fit the exhaust i will need to cut the bumper. But its a small task, i've done it before on the benzo( before i got the Reiger kit) see below.

I don't know how the LP standard work, but do you need to show the tags (month/year) on the front and & back, or just the rear will work? With me being in VA, I am sure I would still need to show both. I do like what you did with the front LP though.

That front will look interesting. I like the concept, makes it look more aggressive, but it might look weird since you will basically need to just paint portions of the bumper black, and theres no body lines there to make it work. either way, id love to see the outcome, cuz it does look badass.

what kind of quad exhaust are you using on the max?

In Masss the year is only in the back plate, I have had this on my benz for several years and had never been questioned even at the inspection( which has gotten tighter and tighter in the past years). So to me the actual law definition doesnt say a full plate, just mentions that plate numbers, which are shown in full and are not interfered with. The other thing i know that some of the dealership plate frames cover that much on the plate anyways, so i think i am still within the "boundaries and rules".

Thank you!, well i wanted to do something different. I am also playing around with the idea of red pinstripe to outline that front "face-paint"
We'll see, that will happen in June.
Regarding exhaust, its a stock exhaust which i dont plan to change since i got a 45 min commute and like my silence ...i was planning to change the tips and need to check what my exhaust shop offers for the tips and what they recommend( they are an awesome bunch of guys!). But i photoshoped the same tips i had used on my benzo which i really liked. And i believe i picked those up on ebay for around $100 for both( really good quality !) I had them on the benzo for 3-4 years, in the end they still looked like new! I believe they were 4" diameter so it made them 4" high and about 10" wide. I need to see what diameter is the current tip and size it accordingly, since if i go too small it might look whimpy, if i go too big that might just look weird and out of place.

we just found out due to extensive research that the Stillen roof spoiler adds 5 HP vs the eBay noodle which unfortunately overall will just sit on your car and do nothing. i never thought such a tiny amount of downforce on the rear of a FWD vehicle would help, but wow!!

ees,
Where did you get the honeycomb mesh behind your grille? It matches the front lower vents pretty good, and it looks bigger and better than just spray painted gutter guard or something similar.

1. are your wheels the 18" or 19"?

My wife drives ours dailey and if i lowered it with the spring kit (which im dieing to do cause it looks freakin bad ***) she would rip the entire bottom out completely from the car.

Hey, thanks!
1. they are 18"
2. I think there are some people here that have not lowered and ride with the Lip + 18"... its doesnt look that bad
If you are worried about the wife tearing the car apart then dont do it...or like with my wife, have a conversation about it and remind her constantly !
But i tell you that spring Kit is the best mod for our cars for the money! ride is some much better!
