2010 Exhaust Tips

First post here! I have a 2010 Maxima SV, tech. pkg, premium pkg. I do not like the exhaust tips on the 2010 and looks like beginning in 2011 they changed them to a more pronounced appearance. Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket tip that would go over the 2010 exhaust tips? I asked the dealer a couple years ago and they said that the entire exhaust system would have to be replaced from the muffler back at a cost of $600. Thoughts?

they make tips that you just cut the current ones off and weld the new ones on.

magnaflow makes some good ones...if the only thing you want is muffler tips, just do something like that, and avoid the dealer. Get it done at an exhaust shop. WAAAY cheaper than 600 fukkin bucks :eek:

They are a part of the exhaust they are not removable unless you cut them off!!
