Which HID's to choose?

I'm debating on which temp HID's I should run. I'm well informed on the color scale as to what will produce the most visable light etc, however I was wondering if anyone has pics of their Maxima with 6000k or 8000k HID's?
I've run 8000k on my past vehicles and I liked them, but I think I'm leaning more towards 6000k for the Maxima. So I would like to see how each of them look on the Max if anyone has pics. I want hints of Blue, so i'm not really pushing for 5000k. BTW, the car comes with factory HID's so I'll just buy the D2S bulbs probably from TRS and will get matching fogs as well. Thanks for any help.

6000K is as high as I'd go. Get TRS' D2S XB35s and get some for the fogs to match.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking about getting. Simple bulb change correct since the car is factory hid? I'm not looking forward to changing the fogs out though.

Morimoto XB35 in 6000k and they have the type N fog lights to match. Not sure if anyone has this setup and can snap a pic for you or not..

These are some of the best bulbs you can get.

Does anyone have insight on replacing the factory 35W ballast with a 55W ballast?

I think there a few places where you can choose from. I use kits from xenonpro.com for my clients who request HID upgrades and haven't had a problem yet. I just installed a 3000K kit on my Maxima the other day...
