Replace Struts when lowering w/ Eibach Springs?

I tried to do a search; but only found older threads. I have a 115,000 miles on a 2010 SV. I am going to do the Eibach Pro-Kit Springs, and my friend (who will be doing the work) recommended to go ahead and replace the stock struts while I'm at it.. He said "something adjustable" What do you guys all recommend?

Originally I was going to leave the stock ones in; but, I understand a little pro-active maintenance on an item that will eventually go bad never hurts.. I'm not afraid of spending some money to do it right, so give me some feedback please.

There's nothing else major planned for the car other than rear sway and front strut tower brace.

Thanks!

Have recommendations for a brand? Friend suggested that they be adjustable. Ideas?

I just installed Eibachs and I was going to leave the stockers on (60k).

Upon removal, I realized my driver front was blown. I wish I would have know this PROIR to installation. The local price is $140 per ($280). Rock Auto is $90 per ($180) Monroe

Honestly, I would just install some OEM equivalent struts and call it a day.

Ive been rolling on Eibachs for 3 weeks and its great. FYI on 20x9 square 245/35/20

So i ran into the same issue with parts last Thursday. Changing on exhaust manifold on one of my cars. $120 at Autozone, $50 on Rockauto... Got both, and return the one from RockAuto to autozone and saved myself $70

Know anything about Sachs struts? Not wanting to make my car ride too stiff, as it's my daily driver... I've got a RacingLine rear sway, Stillen FTSB, and Eibach Pro-Kit springs on the way.

I'm between them and Monroe.

Sachs are the oem vendor, read the fine print on their warranty though. Like one year warranty or something.
