Wheel Bearings Replaced

so at 150k I had to replace both front and back wheel bearings. As usual, I got them all of eBay for under $200., and a sweet DIY over the weekend.

Killl the music, wind up the windows and listen for a deep hummmmm that seems to get louder and faster with acceleration.

I could hear the faulty bearings at about 30 mph..... can be less depending on how bad they are.

always replace them in pairs

good luck

Did you replace just the bearings or the entire hub assemblies? I guess at $200 that probably means bearings only. How difficult is the rear hub assembly to replace?

Hub and bearings included. Front was $140, rear is $64. For pair.

All comes with 2 year warranties.

Rear was the easiest to remove. Difficulty level is a 2.5. Hola if you need some help.

OK thanks!

Just finished replacing the rear hub/bearing. If you can change a tire you can change the rear hub.
