Have you had the battery tested? Cold weather really messes with the batteries. That’s why I always get a battery that exceeds the cca that is recommended

How many cca did you get? Our cars require a lot of juice to start,so if you don’t have enough amps to start it in the cold,it’s not gonna start.

If it's an unsealed battery, may be low on water. But normally with these kinds of symptoms, if the battery is more then a few years old, getting a new one is par for the course. I don't see Batteries lasting as long as they used to, that's why I make sure I have at least a 3 year replacement warranty through a place local to me. I've had some batteries last 4 years, other's last maybe 18 months, while other people have had batteries go 8-9 years. I never chance it. Again, first sign of trouble on an 3 year old batter I chalk it up as replace it ASAP, a lot better than being stranded a few days later.

Just read you said it was new...Get it tested at the place you bought it, but at the same time, I'd stress that they replace it under warranty, ideally it will solve your problem. If it doesn't, at least you know. Bad terminal connection or a faulty ground would be worth checking too.

Will your car start by jump starting it? If it will then the battery is bad, regardless of how it tests or how new it is.

back to the basics....are you saying the car cranks or attempts to start, or that nothing happens when you press start?
