Rough Idle no CEL
At stop lights rpm will drop to about 500 then attempt to recompensate to about 550-600. Car will rumble a little. No CEL. Any ideas? Are there obd2 scanners that can give me an idea without a CEL?

Including AFR ratios, fuel pressure, ignition timing, O2 sensors data, in real time as well as logging while you drive. You just need to research and learn on them. As for the OP, rough idle can come from dirty air filter, worn spark plugs, bad ignition coils, bad gas, clogged fuel filter, clogged EGR valve, etc.. You have to rule out the mentioned things. |
