How early will we see used models or CPO models?

Hey guys just wondering how early do you guys think we will start to see used models popping up? Im holding out until next summer to buy one of these sweet rides but wanna try and cut the cost of one down by a little by going the CPO route or used route if I can.

Anyone think I would be able to find an SL model or lower with in a year of them being out?

when will we see used and CPO models? (estimates)

Anyone think I would be able to find an SL model or lower with in a year of them being out?

Also does anyone know when the latest seventh gen model started popping up used models and what their prices were? I know its extremely hard to even estimate this stuff but just curious what you guys were thinking really excited to find one next summer.

Actually knowing nothing about this situation, since you are talking a year from now, I would expect to see used ones start showing up by then. Folks sometimes bite off more than their budget can handle, and sometimes our econoomic situation changes, and the car is one thing folks can switch for a less-costly vehicle. Also, rental companies drop cars when they reach a certain mileage. I normally would not consider rental cars as an option, but at least we know they are serviced at appropriate intervals. We also have the option of having an experienced mechanic check them out before buying.

In June 2018 when the current 3-year leases are up. The few that pop up any sooner will most likely be snatched up as soon as they are posted.

I would not consider a prior rental one either, but some of these may start showing up by years end as Hertz already has some 16's in fleet!

Your best bet might be to wait until the 2017 comes out next year and then pick up a leftover 2016 at a discount, as it will be the same car. So depending on your budget, you might be able to grab the 2016 in a year.

Yeah I think that will be what I end up doing is waiting until they have some big rebates i mean I know I can afford the S model trim but i really want the SL so hopefully with rebates and other incentives next year can get the price closer to 30k with an SL model lol

thanks for your quick responses guys more opinions welcomed!

Knowing most Nissan Dealerships around here, the salesmen are all driving new Maximas that they will then try to pass off as demo's. Those are your first used cars.

I never seen Nissan ever had CPO's In fact, Nissan don't even offer CPO's kind of wondered why because I asked about it few years back and only Infiniti's ever had the Certified Program Used cars but Nissan never do. Well good luck on holding out for it, since whatever warranty left on it, you probably have to spring for the extended warranty at a cost if it's even worth it.

The Nissan dealers around me have a bunch of CPO 2014 Maximas but maybe it's their own CPO program? Not sure and I may still buy new next year like others have said there will be good deals on them as the next model will be arriving in the summer. Really excited about this car

I'm in NJ and every Nissan dealer around me has CPO vehicles available right now... I bought my 2010 Maxima 2 years ago and it was a CPO...
