I can't really comment as I have a 7th Gen. Although I will say I am somewhat surprised.

I would have been surprised had I not driven this 2016 and quickly realized it was, for me, the most fun car I have ever driven. And I have owned many dozens of cars, including every Maxima generation except the 1st. I began driving back around 1945 shuffling semi trailers between loading docks at my uncle's trucking company (I was not yet old enough to have my license and get on the road).

This is awesome. The car is honestly, in my opinion, worlds better in many areas over other cars in its class. Aside from that, it's so damn sexy in Pearl White.

I'm going pearl white SL, and glad i am!
