Pearl white paint job and coating

All,
Wondering if I could get some input on anyone with any knowledge about putting my ceramic coating on a new quarter panel that was scratched and is being repainted.

I was told that you should wait at least 30 days before adding opti coat pro plus to the car.
But the detailer doesn't know because it is a tri coat paint

Anyone have any history with this kind of issue?

Thanks

Kevin

I have always been told to wait at least 30 days to apply anything to a new paint coat to allow for complete curing.
