Anyone do a headlight adjustment on an S, SV, or SL trim?

I recently replaced my halogen low beams with LED. I'm planning on testing the alignment of the headlight with the new bulbs in place, and I've found several resources that explain how to properly align headlights (if warranted).

Has anyone actually gone through this exercise in realigning their lamps, particularly the trims with halogen bulbs? Does anyone know if adjustment screws are even part of the headlight assembly? Looking at the photo of the assembly, there appears to be a knob that vaguely resembles an adjustment screw (It's the grey knob next to the LB housing). There are typically 2 (one for horizontal and one for vertical adjustments).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I have also looked and I have not been able to find anything to adjust short of removing the headlight or the bumper.

Thanks 09Maxima_Sam. Then I wonder what that gray knob is for? They really don't make it easy to replace or change anything on this car!

I was told there wasn't an adjustment from the dealership because I asked them.

Bump, can anyone chime in?

Why would you need to make adjustments just because you replaced a bulb? I've never had to do that before

Was involved in a fender bender. They replaced front bumper, headlights, etc. my ow beans are so poorly thrown now, they barely show up on a garage door now. They're aimed severely low, like to the point where I have to drive w my high beams whenever possible.

Idk if u saw the other thread on here that told the guy how to vertically adjust the lights. There is no horizontal adjustment. There is supposed to be a square hole at the top of the light and if u look in u can see small gears that you have to move with a thin screw driver to go up and down.

Take a pic for me if you can. I can't see it brother! I must be blind.

I honestly never saw it myself. I read that information on another thread. You probably have to remove that plastic trim to access it.
