Missing SD card in 2017 Nissan Maxima SV

Hi all,
I just got a 2017 Nissan Maxima 2 weeks ago, and on the same day I noticed that the SD card was missing. Since then I have been trying to contact my dealer and he said that he is taking care of it. Its been more than 2 weeks now and still no answer from them. It is really frustrating to pair your bluetooth everytime you start the car. Can anyone help me with the Serial number so that I can order it by myself from the Nissan website. I know it is not linked with the VIN number.
Any help would me appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I believe it is linked to the Vin # and there is a key code to unlock it. Visit the dealership personally or call them everyday. Getting a new card should take less than a week.

If you cant get the number through the system. Which I believe you cant with out the SD card. You will physically have to pull out the unit and get the numbers from the back. My local dealer had to do that when my system bricked from a bad update.

Solved this

Had the same issue when I bought my 17 Maxima around 6 months ago. There is no possible way to get the serial number unless you remove the unit or install an SD card compatible with your model. It will install the software but will not work right. It does however show you the unit ID number on the error scree. I took mine in to the dealer who first ordered the wrong SD card and I had through go through this ordeal. They then ordered the right one and programmed it without any extra charge. It should run you about $140. Please don't get one from ebay, you'll be wasting your time. I'd suggest just go to the dealer and spend the $140. If you're bent on ordering yourself, you only need the part number, no serial needed. I found it in a service bulletin for Nissan tech only. Let me see if I still have the pdf.

Did you ever get this resolved? One rep told me all. I needed is the units serial number, an another told me that it was nothing that can be done to make any sd card work.

I've attached the service bulletin that is useful.
