infotainment system issue

Having issues with the screen spazzing out and doing things like dialing contacts, setting routes, changing radio stations. sometimes the screen is responsive, sometimes it is not.

Videos attached.

Has anyone had similar issues?

Not here. Yikes! Time for dealer, but bet they can't duplicate it... hope they can.

Do you have something resting on/against the control **** in the middle console? Either that, or you've been hacked!

Disconnect the battery, wait 30 seconds, and reconnect. It’s a hard reset. I do it whenever I’m having Bluetooth issues and seems to do the job.

Does anyone know if just pulling the fuse for the information system will do the same thing?
