Rear brake noise after changing
Hello, new member here. I recently changed the rear brakes on our 2016 Maxima based on the dealership saying they needed changed. After changing them, got ready for the good ol test drive. After starting the car, started to pump up the brakes and as I did I suddenly heard a clicking sound that seemed to come from the center console shifter. Once into gear the sound went away. And once back in park, the sound came back every time I hit the brake pedal. Has anybody else encountered this issue? Also there seems to be a very faint beeping sound when I'm driving...but you have to listen hard for it and was never there until after the pads were changed. Thanks!!!

Thanks for the feedback. I changed the pads myself (not much to it) and I was nowhere near the solenoid. It's not a deal breaker; more annoying than anything!

You changed the pads, did you change the rotors or at least have them turned/machined? You really shouldn't just change pads without resurfacing the rotors...
