Rain Pours In Windows
I have a 2017 SV. Has anyone figured out a solution to the problem of rain dripping into the car when the windows are open even just a little? I have never had a car where the gutters were so useless. Thanks, Dave

This probably ranks up there with the top three most ridiculous complaints ever heard about any car. If you leave the windows open even the slightest bit, as you drive your car - any make and model - at any speeds greater than, say, 10 mph, water will come inside due to the pesky, annoyingly stupid laws of physics. Build and run a CFD simulation if you don't believe me.
Have you ever heard of a thing called air conditioning? Comes standard on most cars nowadays. Try it. Helpful hint: the same pesky scientists have demonstrated that driving your car with the AC off but the windows open will get you worse gas mileage that the opposite. This is old news, not new news. Good God, and I thought nothing could surprise me anymore. |
