Pretty sure you mean it was originally bough Aug1 2018, so about 26-27 months of warranty left? It's low mileage and adequate time left on the ticker. Without looking it up, I'd say BB retail is above $26000. But that said, do a autotrader search for around your area, see what the average asking price is for a 2017 with under 10,000 miles. I'd bet you'd seem them anywhere from $24k to $21k. I'd push for final out the door zero down no trade around $22,000 with 100,000 mile extended warranty included. That might be ambitious, but if you end up somewhere around $24kout the door with warrantee added, that's a deal I could be happy with. There are a lot of these on the lots right now, so I say go as low as you can, make offers on multiple cars.
I'm pretty sure the Nissan Certification is worthless...you're better off finding it used and adding a warrantee. If the dealership Certifies it then you gotta pay them to pay Nissan for a lackluster certified extension. It's not worth it. Just extend the full coverage.
