Need to remove scratches off my Nissan Maxima ASAP!!!!

Hi my name is Steven, I am new to this forum:).. I have a 1997 Nissan Maxima (Blue) with some scratches and rock chips on the hood and bumper , I have been doing a lot of reading in the forum but cant find anything about scratches and rock chip repair... I saw a TV commercial this past Sunday on Car Crazy on Velocity Channel for a company called EZ Chip Repair... I went on their website Ez Chip Repair.com and looked around... the product looks good, so I went to google and read the reviews and they have mostly good reviews. So my question is has anyone in this forum tried this product???? I would love their feedback before I buy it..... thank you.

I have no experience to used it. I have used Nu's scratch doctor in this regard. Work for me. Try it, I think it will be helpful for you to remove scratches easily.

Depending on how deep the scratches you might have to repaint those parts. Or just use touch up paint

general rule of thumb is if you finger nail can catch then repaint it, ot touch it up.....talk to ur local body shop, i wouldnt waste my time with that as seen on tv crap, most people dont know how to touch up paint correctly and it usually looks worse when done that way

Get some 3m rubbing compound and a microfiber cloth and buff them out... Works every time

If you can put your fingernail in it... talk to a body shop. If less then that buy finisher and buff it in to affected areas. Will get light scratches out

When I hear "chip" I think all the way to the metal, or primer at least. If all the color is gone, the only way to get it looking like it was never there is to re-paint the piece. This might not be practical depending on the size of the chip. I wouldn't bother repainting my hood over a mark the size of a gain of rice. If there are 20 of those chips, then it will look better in the end to re-paint the whole hood, rather than have 20 off color spots.
