RTP/Axxis Brake question?!

Hey guys I searched around and couldn't find any reviews on the RTP/Axxis brakes! Did anyone had any experience with them! I know we have these rotors and pads sold in the Group Deal, but I'm wondering if any would really recommend them?
I was looking to buy a complete set of RTP/Axxis rotors and pads at GD for their great price. Are they any good, any issues with their brakes?

I'm currently running slotted RTP rotors and Axxis MM pads. It bites good when the pads gets on their operating temp. One downside witht he MM pads is the dust.

I would not recommend the pads, I have them on my Brembos and they make a lot of noise. When I first put them on a year and a half ago they were fine, but as time went by the squeaking came back. I would probably go with Hawks HPS, as I have heard they are much better pads...

^^ I agree...they also seemed to have transferred an uneven amount of pad material to my rotors making them vibrate (yes I did the break-in procedure) and now they are starting to squeak after just a year. I don't get any brake fade, but the initial bite isn't that good to begin with. Definitely get hawks. I wish I would have in the first place...

Yeah the rotors are fine. I'm pretty sure they're just brembo knock-offs.

Yeah I wish I went with the Hawk pads to begin with, but what ever, you live and you learn

I have that combo. I agree with Nismonoob--it's a nice biting pad once it's up to temp, even a little grabby when they are hot (like an on-off switch grabby). The rotors are wearing beautifully, a nice mirror finish. But, as others have siad, there's a huge amount of brake dust. It even coats the bottom of my body kit all the way to the rear doors after about 2 weeks of driving. But it gives me an excuse to wash it more often.

Here's a pic of the rotors when I got them:

RTP rotors are supposedly higher quality than Mexican-made Brembo blanks...

it depends on which pads you are getting...if you go with ultimates or metal masters, prepare for some dust and squeal...i've had both and they squeal and dusted pretty bad...although they do have good stopping power

the axxis deluxe are a good daily driver pad...I currently have them...and they are smooth and quiet...also dusting is at a very minimal....I'm sure you'll be happy with these

Any idea who makes the RTP rotors and where they are manufactured?

Googling only comes back to threads on maxima.org.
